Missed/Late Appointments
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify the clinic as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. Repeated missed appointments without prior notice may impact future bookings.
